Working with Amber was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I came into our session feeling disconnected- cut off from my body, holding pain I hadn't let myself fully feel. But something about the space she created made it safe to begin.
As we spoke and breathed together, my body started to shift- trembling, stretching, releasing. Emotions I didn’t have words for moved through me. I felt exposed, but not judged. Amber met every part of me with care. What I feared was “too much” she treated as sacred.
